We offer a range of appointment times to suit all schedules, including evening and weekend slots. Last minute emergency appointments are often available on Mondays.
To arrange an appointment, please call our clinic on 0208 368 7145. If there is no answer, please leave a message and our receptionists will get back to you as soon as they can. Alternatively, please complete the form below and one of our team will be in touch.
If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason please let us know as soon as possible so that we can offer this to another patient. You may be charged for cancellations less than 24 hours in advance (or failure to attend your appointment). PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND THE CLINIC IF YOU OR A MEMBER OF YOUR HOUSEHOLD HAS COVID SYMPTOMS
N.B Appointments requesting Nail Reconstruction assessments and treatment as well as appointments for head clinician Afni’s pain and movement sessions can only be booked via the phone or at the clinic directly. These need longer appointments and we may need additional background information.
The clinic is currently running revised opening times:
- Monday – 12 noon – 7pm [Last minute appointments often available]
- Tuesday – 10am – 4pm
- Wednesday – 10am – 4pm
- Thursday – 10am – 4pm
- Saturdays (once a month) – 9am-1pm
We are also able to offer home visits (subject to an additional charge) – if you would like to request a home visit then please call/email our clinic to agree a suitable time.
We accept all types of payment methods – cash, cheque and card payment.
Initial appointments will take up to 30 minutes and assessment and treatment will be carried out. Please arrive 10 minutes before your first appointment to fill in a medical history.
